As a Store Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring all areas of administration within the store are kept in line with company procedures; you will be using your excellent interpersonal skills and passion for the business to engage with customers and colleagues.
A committed and dedicated team player who will be required to assist at times; identifying, sharing and spreading best practise not just in your own Store but throughout the wider business. You will be well presented at all times with a positive “can do” attitude; delivering excellent customer service to everyone that you meet, you will play a key role in the Store’s success!
You will be accountable for delivery in the following areas:
• Ensuring all administrative tasks and related documentation adheres to Company Audit and Security procedures, including stock control, end of day paperwork and banking
• Ensuring enquiries and orders are dealt with in an efficient manner
• Managing all internal stock and repair systems in line with audit procedures
• Ensuring quality housekeeping and efficient set up in all admin associated areas of the store
