You can access Shopmobility Watford on the ground floor of Church car park (accessible via the ring road)

Full address: Ground Floor, CitiPark Church Car Park, Exchange Road, Watford, Herts, WD18 0BU - our office & carpark is immediate left after the barrier upon entering Church carpark.

Wheelchairs and other mobility options are available free of charge and staff are always on hand to offer specialist advice on your needs. You can take your pick from a range of manual wheelchairs, as well as powered scooters and powerchairs. We have a variety of wheelchairs from children to adult sizes; including Bariatric or XXL to help those who need a bit more comfort and room.

Scooters range from standard to larger bariatric sizes.

Please pre-book the larger sized wheelchairs and scooters in advance to avoid disappointment. Maximum user weight on bariatric wheelchairs and scooters is 35 stone / 226kg.

To use this service, you will need to register with Shopmobility Watford. Please bring two forms of ID with your name and current address on.

This service is free; however donations are kindly welcomed.

Wheelchairs at Atria Watford

A small number of manual wheelchairs can be hired for free from the centre management office on level 1 of Queens car park. A driving licence/car keys is required.
