Shop To Unlock Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
Promoter: Atria Watford Shopping Centre, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD17 2UB
  1. This promotion is open to UK residents age 16 or over, excluding employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion. Participants must show receipt(s) / proof of purchase to a total minimum value of £45 spent in the promotional period at any retailer(s) within atria Watford. Retain proof of purchase/receipt showing date of purchase during the promotional period and prior to date/time of entry. 
  2. Promotional purchase/s must be made on either or both 28.09.24 and 29.09.24 during atria Watford opening hours (09:00-18:00) and gifts may be claimed on either 28.09.24 or 29.09.24 between 11:00 and 16:00. Any claims received outside the promotional period will not be accepted.  
  3. To claim gift, make a single or multiple purchase/s totalling minimum £45 from any retail store/s in atria Watford on 28.09.24 and/or 29.09 24 and present proof of purchase at the Shop To Unlock Concierge situated by Puttshack within atria Watford. 
  4. Participants who participate on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.  
  5. Claims (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.  
  6. Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected claims will not be accepted. The Promoter takes no responsibility for claims that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise. 
  7. 600 gifts will be available over the length of the promotion ranging in value from £1 to £200. Items may include, but not limited to: clothing, electrical items, food & drink (non-alcoholic), home items, accessories and vouchers to spend in-store(s)  
  8. Strictly one gift per claim (no additional gifts for higher value receipts). No cash or other alternative gift will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar gift of equal or greater value. The gift is non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned.  
  9. On presentation of proof of qualifying £45 purchase, participants will choose a numbered key. The numbered key will only open the corresponding numbered box. Gifts are placed into each box at random, randomly selected from screened bins by the Concierge operators.       
  10. Winners may be requested but are not obliged to take part in reasonable publicity in connection with this promotion. This may include a request to use the winner’s name and image in connection with such publicity.  
  11. If fulfilment or any element of this promotion is delayed or affected due to Covid-19 and any associated government restrictions, or industry-wide supply chain issues, any affected entrants will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotion or gift(s).  
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all claims including but not limited to asking for ID to verify purchase (passport, driving licence or equivalent). The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a gift or withdraw gift entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.  
  13. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on gift acceptance. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects gift acceptance.  
  14. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, traffic congestion, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected claims. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.  
  15. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion, the fulfilment of the gifts and/ or the use of the gifts, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.  
  16. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.  
  17. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into. 
  18. These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual issues which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by relevant local law with any disputes as to the meaning of these Terms and Conditions subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts unless you live in Ireland or in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.  
  19. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. You acknowledge that the Promoter may pass such information to its third-party agency, solely for the purposes of administering the promotion. Data will be stored for 3 months after the close of the promotion before deletion. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to website.queries@savillspm.co.uk .
